Dr. Craig is amazing. I've had several bad experiences in the dental realm and this office made me feel very comfortable. The staff is amazing and caring. My whole family goes here now and we will for a long time.

Great place! Receptionists here are great, they squeezed me in next day for an urgent exam for my first visit. Within 10 minutes Dr. Lynn Blaisdell was more informative and helpful than the combined dentists I've seen in the last 20+ years for the boatloads of dental work I've had done. He referred me to yet another awesome doctor to address the root canal he diagnosed during this visit. Looking forward to coming back for all of my follow up & regular dental visits.

Everyone at Blaisdell family dentistry is friendly and caring. They are always sure I'm comfortable and strive to meet my goals.

Went here for many years when all of a sudden someone at their front desk starting treating our family HORRIBLY. When she was confronted she claimed that it was coming straight from the doctor. Never had any issues with them prior to this, but repeated harassment from their billing department when the payment agreement had been followed to a T is completely inappropriate, and Dr Lynn Blaisdell did absolutely nothing about it. 30 years of loyal service apparently means nothing to them. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I have been coming here for almost 15 years and it has been nothing but wonderful. The staff, who I will say I have NEVER seen any turnover (except when donna retired) are happy, friendly, efficient and fun. There is always a LOT of laughter here.

I have extra sensitive teeth and they take such good care to make sure I am as comfortable as possible during my visit. And I don't have to remind them - they remember my specifics.

Dr Blaisdell is honest and doesn't perform work that isn't necessary.

They handle my insurance claims with nary a problem and make things easy for me whenever Possible.

Now my son sees Dr. Craig, who is Blaisdell Jr.

He loves him. When my son had a loose tooth he requested a "special procedure" from Dr. Craig and asked if he would remove his tooth by tying a string to the doorknob. My son ended up chickening out but Dr. Craig was wonderful. The whole office staff was laughing and cheering him on.
I've also had work done by both dentists.

I really can't say enough About these people.

Allow me to add my prior expectation to my son's appointment. I was expecting a nightmare of a scenario being the 3rd dentistry we took my boy to in the last 12 months. Prior appointments went from worst as the Pediatrician Dentist was more concerned for his next appointment, 3 separate appointments total (recommendation of surgery in a hospital in two separate appointments), the next Dentist was able to work through the fear, anxiety, and uncooperative behavior of my 8 year old boy. Very happy, but told we needed to go back to an operation room. I called Blaisdell dentristy in hope they could do as the second said we needed. This is where I want to share that they should get 10 stars. My son just had one major cavity fixed. Allow me to set the stage with as little words as possible! My son did almost as well and his dad, who in 38 years just had his very 1st cavity. Truely amazing!

It was my first time seeing a dentist in the boise area. I was very impressed with the great staff, very comforting office and just overall experience. I definitely will be back for all my dental needs.

Wonderful, caring and knowledgeable staff. The Doctors did a great job of explaining my treatment every step of the way. The office environment is fun and welcoming. I was treated like family from the start.

I returned to Dr. B after 16 years, he was my childhood dentist. He is by far the best practitioner I've ever let care for my teeth. He is up-to-date will all current practices and equipment. He and his office staff are diligent and thorough and go far and beyond satisfactory service. Dr. B is a big win in the dental field!

Great dental office I was really worried about coming to the dentist due to bad experiences in the past and the dentist that I dealt with was awesome. He made me feel totally comfortable. He walked me through everything he was going to do and helped me semi conquer my fear of needles by being gentle. The biggest thing is that he ultimately listened to what I had to say and how I felt. I will come back for all my dental needs and you should too they are so friendly even the front desk staff were great. You guys rock.
